MY STORY

My family came to America as Jewish refugees from the former Soviet Union in 1989 and settled in Brooklyn. I’ve lived in Brooklyn, Staten Island, Long Island, and for the past 20 years, Manhattan’s East Side. I graduated from Hofstra University, built a career in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, launched a startup, and completed an entrepreneurship program through Wharton.

I married young, raised two sons, and learned firsthand that life doesn’t always go according to plan. Like many New Yorkers, I’ve navigated divorce, family court, housing challenges, and the growing cost of living in this city. Those experiences taught me that government should work for people, not create more obstacles for them.

Today, I’m a Yorkville resident, entrepreneur, small business owner, and mother of two. I don’t come from political connections or privilege. I believe in accountability, opportunity, public safety, strong families, and less bureaucracy. I’m relentless when it comes to the people and causes I care about, and I don’t give up when something is worth fighting for.

WHY I AM RUNNING

I’m tired of the excuses and the dysfunction in Albany. I’m tired of watching leaders talk in headlines while our city pays the price. This campaign is personal. I want a safer, cleaner, fairer New York for families, small business owners, and everyday residents who just want stability. I’m not running to play the political game. I’m running to expose what’s broken and fix it.

With 20 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and private sectors, my career has been dedicated to leadership, execution, and managing complex systems with accountability and measurable outcomes. Having worked within the regulatory frameworks that influence businesses, families, and communities, I possess a deep understanding of how policy decisions impact them. My approach is practical, disciplined, and rooted in real-world rather than political theory, which is the perspective I will bring to the New York State Senate: a commitment to clarity, fairness, and results-driven leadership in Albany.
